Food Brings Hope provides academic enrichment, tutoring, and weekend food bags at many schools throughout Volusia and Flagler counties. Food Brings Hope consists of the following programs:

Drop The Box
Drop the Box is a community food assistance initiative designed to increase access to fresh, nutritious foods and essential household items for Food Brings Hope students and their families.
Through partnerships with businesses, local organizations, schools, community sites, and volunteers, the program provides about 40 lbs. of food to each family along with direct delivery services that help reduce transportation barriers while offering families a convenient and reliable way to receive support.
A typical box contains:
- Healthy and Nutritious Food
- Family meal support items, such as recipe cards
- Seasonal or community-donated products
Through these partnerships, the program helps relieve some of the daily pressures families face while providing a helping hand during challenging times, throughout the year.
